VLCD # 23. Feeling pretty good today. Kind busy so not thinking about my weight. First day I didn't weigh myself. Whats keeping me from looking at the scale are the hopes that the numbers will be lower the next time I look. I'm getting really bored of the foods I can eat. Every round I get super lazy at the end and all I want to do it cook the meat and eat it with one veggie. Today for instance, I cooked shrimp and put it in a container with a tomato. I need to more inventive with the diet. I think it would help me last longer than a few days past whats minimum.
