How do you IF people do it?

All I had this morning was coffee & a little Kraut.

It is now 5ish hours later & I’m shaking. I’m finally going to eat my real breakfast.

I understand! Sometimes I shake if I don’t have enough to eat and sometimes I don’t. I don’t know how they do it either but I’m impressed!

I always try to have some broth just to sip it seems to take my body through the day

Hi Lambie, during the IF just drink a hot herbal tea, or have some water, or some apple cider vinegar in water when you feel hungry. It's also very important to stay hydrated during the IF. You can do this👍🏽
