Blow out day today!
Ok so not disasterous on teh calorie front but macros dont exist today! Had 6 weeks of really hard work and seen great results, I dont feel guilty and Im not worried. I wont "want" for anything now again for a few weeks and I can get straight back to training hard in teh morning starting with some cardio- simples! May have some ice cream now to finish and excellent weekend!
