I've done the egg fast in the past. I like it as it simplifies what I'm going to eat for 5 days...and I do love egg salad! Good Luck!

Yeah what is the egg fast about? 

So there is a lot of benefits to doing an egg fast. I am doing an egg fast to help kick my body into ketosis quicker also resetting my metabolism and helping kick sugar cravings. You also lose a significant amount of weight in 5 days so there's a lot of places there is more benefits you would have to look them up on the internet also a lot of videos on YouTube😎

Amen I also have free range chickens sometimes it's 18 eggs A-day The mixture of chickens Them are old and some are young this is a no kill place so when they are in retirement they are in retirement
