Today I worked out for an hour concentrating on cardio and abs. I also went grocery shopping and prepared my meals for the next two days. I bought a skillet meal and broke it into two servings for lunch. That is about 420 calories per serving.

I made two servings of smoothie with the following ingredients:
Frozen peach slices
Fresh Strawberries (its strawberry season and fresh is cheaper then frozen)
Frozen mango slices
Frozen blueberries
crushed ice
cup of water
Stevia to sweeten
I put it in the freezer in individual plastic cups and plan on thawing them on my desk through the day and that will be my treat when I need it after lunch.

Today for dinner (because they were buy one get one free at the grocery) I bought green giant frozen veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots in cheese sauce) at 45 calories per serving and mixed it with turkey sausage that was sauteed in cooking spray. It was delicious, low calorie and low carb. I had some grapes with water to clear my palate after the meal. I have enough to have for dinner tomorrow night!

Today I had crackers and fresh strawberries with a white nectarine for a snack. A small portion of pasta with a turkey meat sauce for lunch. I did not wake up until noon so there was no breakfast :)
