Just sitting here pondering how to cut more carbs out of my diet to lose the last 5 pounds I want to lose. Going to go to 1/2 an english muffin the morning. Maybe cut out the baked chips at lunch and add one extra slice of meat to my sandwich instead and maybe go with 1/2 portion at dinner of potato,rice or pasta and replace with extra veggies. Yeah...I will try that this week and see how it goes. I only eat 1200 cals a day so not alot of room to play. I have been reading posts on facebook about the PointPlus program sounds like people are hogging down alot of so called zero point fruits and gaining weight. I think it's crazy not to count fruit as points especially the bananas. I don't do the points anymore but if I did I would stick to old point system for sure.
