So close!
Scales were between 17st and 17st 1lb, so chose to go the 17st 1lb (239lb) another 3lb over 2 weeks, thats steady enough. I so wanted to be in the "16's" BUT I know I will be next weigh in! Next weigh in will be in 3 weeks- I have 1 week "off" from lifting now and do a week solid cardio coupled with just a couple of days just doing 1 rep maximums to align with rep weights. I will reduce carbs this next week and reduce calorie targetto match (just for the 1 week)
Out tonight for a steak and we have an Indian take away treat planned for tomorrow- IIFYM? Damn right!
