I find this week’s almost 1.9 weight loss hard to believe but this eating pattern was very filling and also very enjoyable. I have refined by breakfast pancakes over the week to get something that is both highly nutritious and tasty. This week I shall alternate flaxseeds and chia. It seems that starchy carbs are the killers for me. My penchant for Asian style stir fries is my body calling out for veg. Cauliflower fried rice with smoked pork was delicious. I was basing this recipe on nutrients but could not eat it all in one go.
