I have decided to start weighing in on fridays, since I sometimes overdue it on the weekends. And I am pretty good about watching my food intake during the week. And WOW!! Since Monday I have lost another 4 pounds! I feel like the incredible shrinking woman. I feel like I may be losing too much too quickly though. I am trying to take in more fat a fiber. It's hard trying to figure out what to eat that will not make me sick with IBS and lactose issues. But Clean Eating and the FODMAP diet has helped. YAY! Happy Friday!
