let's try to lose some fat now that competition season is starting up. I've been this bulky shape since November! I'm going to aim for 2 kg fat lost in the next 2 months. Ambitious is my name!
68 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
