Bahan: 200gr dada ayam, 1butir putih telur, 4sdm oat, 1sdm minyak, garam & merica secukupnya.
.
Cara buat:
Dada ayam diiris tipis2, marinasi pakai garam&merica selama 10 menit.
Kocok putih telur, masukkan dada ayam yg sudah dimarinasi ke putih telur.
Haluskan oat pakai blender, trus balurkan ayam dr putih telur tadi ke dlm oat.
Panaskan wajan teflon dgn 1sdm minyak, goreng ayam di teflon dgn api kecil.
Setelah ±5menit, balikkan ayam supaya sisi lainnya matang jg, tunggu 3menitan lg. Selesai
