Udah sebulan plateau bb nya, ku lagi baca2 n nonton youtube MissFitandNerdy soal mini cut cycle. 2-3 minggu defisit kalori & 1-2 minggu di maintenance kalori supaya metabolisme nya tidak melambat dan menyesuaikan kalori defisit kita.
