Not good at all up 2 yuk!Well not quite 2 like 1 1/2 but still yuk! I wonder besides eating crap all night if the red meat takes longer to digest? Look forward to weighing in again in the morning! I am going to drink lots of water today. something I didn't do yesterday! and of course I am going to stay away from sweets...lol and biscuits.. what was I thinking! Not a happy camper this morning but it is what is it is!

You are right, it is what it is and now it's in the past, time to move forward and look to the future. You have come so far so don't give up. You have shown me that it can be done and together, we will do this. Stay positive. Get a good book, when you wake up hungry, read or watch something on T.V. Don't allow food to rule your world.

Well, you're not tracking all of your food intake, so it's hard to see what you are doing...but 20 lbs in 2 months!!! WOW!!! Something's working good! You've had a couple of ups and downs...it happens to all of us... just stay focused, perhaps review the basics, review your food lists, and keep up w/ your water!!! You're doing a great job!
