does anybody else count the sugar intake or just me?? if you do.. do you count the sugars from a fruit???🤔

As long as you select the right food and it’s weight it will be accurate

no i got confused with 'free sugar' so just count calories and fibre

Don’t you type or scan your food and it calculates everything for you Mine does 🤔

i use myfitness app for my food that tells me everything and my limit but just wondered if others counted natural sugars from fruit?

It does emily I find fs very good. I consumed 20Ish grams of sugar today and that comes from all my food. That teaspoon I had in the morning wouldn’t reach that number
