took my weight today. Down 4.5 for the week and a total of 16.5. I can't believe I'm really loosing weight this time. I love it! Clothes are still a little tight but I know if I keep this going I'll be to small for them in no time. Its crazy, but I really am not having any trouble staying away from the carbs. something that I loved in my life at one time. I see a little difference I just cant wait tell I can really see a change.
