Bumbunya bamer baput rawit kunyit jahe uleg geprek serai sama daun jeruk tumis pake 1 sdt minyak. Kalo udah wangi, masukin kerangnya kasih garam kaldu no msg sama gula sedikiit (me pake gulakong yg low cal) tumis sampe kerang kering dan matang. Tes rasa
