Stefanny : oh total kalori nya brpa tuh ka? Milo bubuk kan yah?

uzumaki : iya kak, milonya aku yg sachet ka, 22 gram = 90 kalori. Oatmeal nya = 140 kalori (35 g) sama aku pake chia seed sdkt ka = 2 kalori (1/2 gram), untuk milonya aku tambahin gula diet lagi kak, Krn Milo kan ga terlalu manis ya.. gula nya aku pake diabetamil = 0 kalori.
Kira² semuanya 230 an kak kalorinya.

Ah inspirasi buat besok. Aku bingung soalnya susu yg buat diet di minimarket yg rasanya enak apaan. Hehehe makasih yaaa info nya
