I bought jeans in one size smaller yesterday which is always a bonus. I'm taking part in the HCG protocol mainly for my thyroid and hormones, but loosing weight and going down sizes makes me that much more motivated. I started researching glycemic index and glycemic loads yesterday also. Combining the glycemic principals and old fashion calorie counting will be my best maintenance approach.
