I have never tried this...do you use a dressing?

Hi Selina . Yes , I make a dressing ... 2tbsp low fat mayonnaise, 3/4 tsp celery salt , 1/4 cup cider vinegar , 1tsp yellow mustard & salt & pepper to taste . The bowl I make will do me for 3-4 lunches & serving with 2 cracker breads it all worked out to be about 120 calories.
