Ahh! I weighed myself on saturday night and I was 148! I kinda pigged out this weekend and drank... so I guess that made a difference. Now I know... One or the other, LOL! But I am still progressing and very happy I am still losing. I started working out yesterday. Since it's been about a month of healthy eating I think it's a good time to include working out as well. Here we go!
