昨天中午外食,吃多了,带着电子秤去的,吃了100克烤鸭,200克红烧牛尾,100克娃娃菜,100克红烧多宝鱼。饭店的菜肯定放糖和淀粉了,到了晚上还有点撑的感觉,果然今天反弹了,哈哈哈哈哈今天上班了,回复正常,但我还是想坚持16+8,看吧,中午饿就吃肉,不饿就下午三点之前把肉吃了。这三天休息,带着孩子们每天出去玩玩,孩子们吃饭也香了,睡眠也好了,可惜,为了房贷车贷我们还是要出来上班的。减肥,一是为了自己的健康,二是孩子快上幼儿园了,怕孩子们懂事了,嫌弃妈妈胖,在三个孩子小时候,他们都喜欢胖胖的妈妈,抱着好舒服,软软的,但上了学,接触到社会的种种,他们会对妈妈有新的要求吧。加油吧胖子!
