Week 3 of 5 a.m. workouts continue! Proud of myself, they say it takes 21 days to make it a habit. For me it takes a month, LOL. So after week 4, I will feel most accomplished! I survived Easter, although, it was not too hard since my appetite has been reduced. Although my weakness is pizza, and that is what is for dinner tonight, along with some wings. MMM. It's so great you are strong and motivated on week 4. I just went through a 2 week plateau, and FINALLY the scale moved by 2 lbs. -- Sometimes, you just have to hang tough and ride it out! Sounds like YOU GOT THIS!

Thank you for the support! I survived pizza and wing night. Did not go overboard at all! My appetite has definitely changed, and I am listening to it! One con was it was extremely hard to wake up this morning, I blame it on the carb overload the night before. LOL
