So disappointed that I have put some weight on. I really tried this week and now feel a little despondent :-(

Don't let it get to you there is always next week and the week after that, don't let it shake you. Just wash it off and start again, we all have week moments, don't make it a week month or year :)

Don't give up! We've all been there. My sister is a dietition and she had me cut my carbs to 30-45 a day and that helped me get going again. Lots of veggies. I cut out the cheese unless it's low fat or skim...Good luck!
