Well I blew it last night. I ate sugar free candy, cake, donut and then dinner roast beef sandwich. I can see it already in a HUGE weight gain. Oh well I do not need to wallow in it. I am now eating my cottage cheese delight for lunch. Today is a new day.

We all slip for a day or weekend and than we tighten up our boot straps and get back to dieting. Nobody is perfect so just keep trying

I learned that a person needs a taste of that comfort every now and again. Just keep up the amazing job you're doing now. You're so close to your goal. You're amazing!

Thank you for your support. I am visiting my sister and she is a great cook and it is sometimes to turn her down. She wants to help but falls into old habits as do I. At least today I am holding my own. LOL

The good part is you know what not to do and sometimes having a wild time is worth having to work a bit harder. It is obvious you will get back on the weight loss wagon. Life is short; enjoying siblings is one of life's greatest pleasures.

Man oh man, lolol!!! That's what I tell myself recently quit often... sounds strange coming from someone else! I always beat myself up to the oint that I almost throw the towel in, but have come to realize that nobody is perfect! Learn from what we know and moving on is the key! I happy to hear that you are "holding your own" today!!! YAY YOU!!! :)

From personal experience...if you try to completely buckle down to a VERY strick, unsustainable diet, there is typically a huge binge day from time to time. Instead of forcing yourself to eat overly healthy all of the time, perhaps allow for a little snack daily. Over time, begin to remove it gradually. Once you don't feel that you aren't "allowed" to eat something, there is usually less temptation to indulge. Food for thought :-)

You are all so right. I have to remember this is not a diet but a life style. Real life has temptations and it is alright to eat sweets once in awhile. I find if I write it down it helps me. I think if I do not write it down it did not happen and I do not want to go down that road.

Last night is over. Start of a brand new day and so on and so on. Sometimes it makes me feel better most times it doesn't.
