I DID IT!!! My first spinning class!!! And I think I've found my new love :) I was nervous going into class, knowing probably everyone else knew what to do. But, I went with a friend of mine which helped. Plus, the instructor was great....she helped out on how to set up my bike and it wasn't intimidating at all! I love the format too...never bored for a sec. It was definitely hard, but I kept up, upped the resistance and had a blast. This is going to be my new Sat. morning tradition I think...woo hoo!
