did a great work out last night, i have a new hula hoop that is weighted and i did about 30 mins, but my sides are killing me, not cause of the work out due to the hip bones i now have,and i did 4.55 mils, i did at 5mps non stop from 1.8mile to 4miles, today is going to be a GREAT day
