I have no idea how but I lost weight over this whole ordeal! I am so not going to question and just go with it lol. Back on the diet as of today so hopefully it keeps going down!

I like being able to compare my weight loss to something real so I've had a plan to take a picture with objects that weigh as much as my total weight loss. This month I am down 6 pounds so I've lost a little more than a bag of potatoes or a bowling ball :)
