I am still at 222 lbs....I been eating even more healthier and exercising more. I believe the slower you lose the less likely you are to gain it back, so I am trying to be patient, I hope to be 200 lbs or less by May!

You are such a wise woman, yes, it is true, the slower we lose it, the less likely we will be to gain it back. You have a great attitude, I lose very slowly also and it is hard to be patient but we will lose our weight and we will keep it off. Have a great day tomorrow. :-)
