Siapa yang udh ga sabar puasa ramadhan?🙌🏻🙌🏻 kalo semisal puasa itu kan makan cuma sahur dan magrib ya, nah itu biasanya gw cuma makan kurang lebih 55-65% dari bmr.. dan kalo macronutrient nya udh tercukupi menurut kalian oke oke aja ga begitu
