976 reps. Ouch :) Not sure which part of me aches the most. But I love it. And to be the oldest girl there using the heaviest weights, even more than some of the guys, gives me a strange satiesfying feeling.

On the way to work I saw a Burger King sign for their chips: SATIESFRIED? LOL.

Glad its a rest day today. I don't know how I managed to work out 5 times a week. 3 times is more than plenty. So after work I have to dash over to let the woowoos out, as LB is gone off shooting somewhere for the day, then dash over to my place, have a long chat with my sister. Hang on...why don't I just ask her to call me at LBs place? Yep. Simples, saves me a lot of time and dashing about. Might even fit some gardening in at that rate.

Weekly shop as usual.

We got people putting scaffolding up in the hangar to fix the roof. Watching them has me at awe. They lob heavy bars and other bits around, up and down ladders all day long. Now wonder they are all rather lean and atheletic.
In the days when I worked in retail I never had to exercise either. I was on the go all day, walking for miles within the shop, moving containers, lifting boxes, running up and down stairs to fetch orders for customers.
Now I sit on my behind most of the day and only exercise my fingers on the keyboard.

Its supposed to rain today :(. It might help to relieve my hayfever a bit :)
