Things are good. I'm down this morning and happy about it. I had a good walk but have to start going alone due to the dog not being able to keep up. lol His short legs get weak on him. No more cheating for me, this feels too good. I'm staying on track, gonna get my squats and lunges done this morning then off to the doctor to get his opinion on everything. Looking forward to buying my new scale this weekend. Tar-jet (Target), here I come.
