My fish lit aflame on the grill, but after finishing it in the pan it was tasty! Im sticking with salmon from now on haha!

Maybe, wrap it in foil w/tomatoes, bell pepper, lemon, salt/pepper, & onions....then throw it on the grill? I'm trying not to fry that many foods anymore if I can help it. Or, I use EVOO if I do. :)

It isn't good to cook food in aluminum foil because the aluminum will contaminate the food.

Yea, the thing is you don’t have to like to cook, you just have to do it. Keep it simple. Try to avoid frozen food “meals in a bag”. Not always the healthiest alternative. Read the labels.

Any tips on grilling white fish? The grilling was clean, oiled, high heat. Maybe the problem was that I closed the lid! Still learning haha! Thanks everyone for the support! ❤
