I am so sore from Tuesday's training workout! I can barely move, my quads and triceps are burning!!! But everytime I feel it I know it's a good pain :) I did a 40 min. cardio session yesterday but need to take today off to let the muscles rest. I may even take tomorrow off, so that I'm ready to go for my first spinning class ever! I'm nervous for it, but I love cycling, and I'm sure I'll like the results too :)
