Three months down the line after using this clever app and being inspired by the lovely people here I’ve nearly got back down to my target weight. I’ve cut out alcohol completely which was becoming a bit of a problem if I’m honest, I walk 5 miles most days and eat healthy foods with the occasional weekend treat and I feel great! I’ve also gone back to nursing and successfully applied to be vaccinating at our local centre in the next week or two. So, sorry to be blowing my own trumpet but, at 62 I’m absolutely flipping delighted with myself!
