Ok so I'm a little down right now. I've been watching my calories for the last week and I weighed today hoping for a three to five pound loss and my scale said that I've gained 4.5 pounds! I put jeans and a sweatshirt on and my scale said that I've only gained 3 pounds. I think it's broken and I will need to buy a new one. I'm just really hoping that I will be 130 or so. I'm gonna be really disappointed if I've gained. I look a little thinner and I feel a lot better so hopefully it's just the scale. I will buy a new one today and record my weight tonight!

it's probably the scale, anyway if you feel better that's the important part.It will all balance itself out, have a healthy night..

Just looking at your profile, I assume the 10 lbs you are trying to lose is for appearance? If you look thinner and feel better, and most importantly the clothes fit better, than who cares how much you weigh? Tell the scale to take a hike! :)
