I am ready for another dip in my weight. It is funny how it seems one day you wake up fat and you think if you watch what you eat it will all just fall off or you. Not the way it works. I am trying to keep the faith. I went out for the day and had a potluck lunch. Did good though and there were temptations. So all is not bleak.
