What a great Week! I started the gym with an old workout partner again and we have been every day for our 5am workout. I have really been doing good with my calorie intake. I haven't exceeded it in 2 weeks now. I know my weigh in's will not be as reliable as measurements because I have started weight lifting again. Unfortunately I did no measurements to compare to. But, on a positive note, I can see a difference already. Wishing to keep this up for at least another 18 days. I'll definitely let myself "cheat eat" on vacation.
