Yes Julz it’s delicious- there is also fresh ginger grated in there and preserved lemons. The recipe is from The Green Roasting Tin book and it is all cooked in one tin (bulgur, water, ginger, lemons and salt plus the kale on top with oil) in the oven for 15 mins with the za’atar/lemon juice/oil dressing added at the end and then the cheese, pomegranate, herbs and toasted almonds scattered over.

I don't even like bulgar wheat but I think I have just changed my mind. I don't even know what za'atar is but I want some.
