Thanks, Selina. Super easy, walked there, straight in, didn’t even feel the needle, straight out again. But best of all they gave me a STICKER!

PS yes, really filling meal, and 700 calories. It was one of those ‘eat mid-afternoon’ Sunday dinners that covers two meals 😀

I have done that alot at weekends a 2pm meal does just that! Glad it was a quick,easy process!

Hooray for your dinner and hooray for the vaccine! I had a sticker after mine but it was only for the time I could leave the surgery! (20 mins observation in case of reaction) i wore it for the whole day!
