Brisket in Guinness and Bovril with cumin and honey carrots, parsnips and swede and cauli cheese. My one meal today, Vaccination later so will not be bothered!

Thanks, Selina. Super easy, walked there, straight in, didn’t even feel the needle, straight out again. But best of all they gave me a STICKER! Love to 🌈 💙NHS 💙🌈 and all the volunteers helping.

PS yes, really filling meal, and 700 calories. It was one of those ‘eat mid-afternoon’ Sunday dinners that covers two meals 😀

I have done that alot at weekends a 2pm meal does just that! Glad it was a quick,easy process!

Hooray for your dinner and hooray for the vaccine! I had a sticker after mine but it was only for the time I could leave the surgery! (20 mins observation in case of reaction) i wore it for the whole day!
