pertama mindset dlu drubah trus banyakin mnum air putih.. klo pgn makan jgn dtahan kak makan ajha yg ptng inget porsi & prinsip defkal 80% real food 20% fun food.. makanan kesukaan itu fun food jdi makan sckupny ajha.. "agh bsk masih bsa makan itu lagi" gtu mikirny.. jdi tiap hari makan makanan kesukaan 20% ajha kan mlah seru tiap hari ada yg djadwal utk makan fun food..
