udah brapa lama kk..klo baru seminggu ato 2 minggu lanjutin aja..klo udah bulanan baru...tambah aja set olahraga nya...banyakin..ato nggak cheating dlu deh beberapa hari..buat mancing bb turun..trus nanti back on track lagi ya..jan sampai terlena..
