I started a new challenge today called "Take Off Inches"! We are doing this challenge as a group at our gym, I really just want to have some accountability because breaking a plateau is SO hard! After going thru my food journal and seeing my weight loss, I was far below where I want to be. So I have taken alcohol out of my diet and get back to my eating plan and work out even more. The Spring is right around the corner and it's going to be a lot easier to get out and move!! I'm close to a year since I decided to make a life style change and I promised my self this would be my last fat Summer so I want to keep my promise. Wish me luck!
