Kmiri,bwg mrh puth,jahe,salam serei, pilih bagian salmon atau ikan lainnya d bgian yg brlmak/kulit,taruh pd wjan anti lgkt, stlh matang, ambil ikan, pst ad ss mnyk sdkt Sangrai smua bumbu yg dhluskn, + serei daun salam,jeruk lalu msukkn ikan beri susu low fat sesuai selera
