Renewing me's Journal, 10 Mar 14

I haven't really figured out what diet I want to follow. So I'll count calories til I do. I'm kind of doing a mix of Atkins and Weight Watchers.

Fatsecret set me up with 2400 calories. Wow. I'll never be able to eat that. Never. I can't even eat 1200 calories. I do know that I need to eat more protein. I work out and I need to keep up my muscles.
