So...I am tired of this yo yo I am on. Tired of the yucking tummy feeling...tired of the belly that looks like I am pregnant...and tired of restricting ...so mindset change. There is an end goal in mind..but the journey is about the small steps..each day...each minutes. Not to focus on my failure but see hope in my truimph..even small ones. We all get there in the end😋
