Hi Pollylock1, your meals always look incredibly tasty and colourful! 😍Also, you have inspired me to try dry roasting (thanks for that). Wanted to ask, do you buy or make these plant-based meats you post?

So this is the Woolworths veg burger! You can find them in the plant based section of the store and they taste really good (better than fry’s, which tries to taste like meat. Don’t get me wrong, I loooove my meat, but sometimes having a little more veg helps me get all the fibre and nutrients for the day!

Will definitely check them out, I usually can't stand the imitation meat that Fry's has as it smells like plastic meat, and I am pescatarian so can't stomach it, but the plant-based I will definitely be trying out, looks good, no more missing out on a good old burger night like yours 😉
