Nothing to really talk about today. woke up feeling pretty good after that workout yesterday. I did some housework today. keep my eating under control. But notice I'm falling short on my water. Didn't let anything stress me. Overall I've had a peaceful day. I did get on the scale this morning because of that work out. Usually they would move up the day after for whatever reason. But I'm still the same. Didn't submit it Because I do that on Mondays. Now My hope for you guys is that you are working your plans. doing good with them and having success. We can do this. Let's keep it going. as for me I'll keep moving...

The scale sometimes moves up after a workout because worked muscles retain water for healing

HCb thank you for that comment. I think sometimes that may be why I start and stop them, Not sure. But I will keep this in mind.
