Sedang berada di fase jenuh buat workout (mulai atur pola makan dan workout baru 5bulanan)
Adakah saran sebaiknya gmna ya? BB sudah mulai turun dan mendekati ideal tapi makin kesini makin mager dan jenuh buat workout (tetep dilakuin workoutnya tapi ga semangat)
