March 5 -restarting low carb wheat belly/grain free way.
will do more baking this time which may keep me on course.
over the winter i tried to keep my carbs down but in late jan and feb i began eating chips and danishes. now that i am back home i can bake grain free myself.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
