I love these too. In addition, I add a splash of rice wine vinegar and low sodium soy sauce. Yummy!

Great snack idea. What is it that you put on them. For me I couldn't just eat the cucumber plain so adding it with or adding something on them I think I could eat more in the way you have dressed them.
